  • Contract initiation & conclusion: Creation of offers and execution of projects for energy storage systems.
  • Administration: Central administration within our corporate group.
  • Project Coordination Organization of deliveries and installations.
  • AI Optimization Increasing efficiency in quote creation and customer communication.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties and Group Companies

To provide our services in full, we share data with the following categories of recipients:

  • b) Installation partner: Purpose: To connect specialized companies for on-site inspections, planning, and installation. Recipients are certified regional installation partners of the Voltera brand.
  • Suppliers and manufacturers: Purpose: Procurement and delivery of components (e.g., modual ag). Only necessary processing data (name, delivery address, project number) will be passed on.
  • d) Service Provider (Order Processor): We use external service providers (e.g., IT hosting, CRM systems, payment service providers). These are contractually bound by our instructions and data protection regulations.

We use AI-based tools (e.g., Large Language Models from OpenAI, Google, or Microsoft).

  • Scope of application Analysis of load profiles, automated creation of project summaries, optimization of storage system design, and customer support assistance (chatbot/email).
  • Protective measures: We prefer to use interfaces (APIs) where the data is not used for training public models. no fully automated decision-making; Every binding offer is finally reviewed by an employee of motics AG.

We primarily store data in Switzerland or the EU. When using global tools (e.g., AI interfaces or cloud services), data may be transferred to third countries, particularly the USA. We ensure the protection of your data through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and additional security measures, provided the destination country does not have an adequate level of data protection.
