Can I choose my own installer?
Our system automatically matches you with the best available partner in your region – based on location, availability, and customer reviews. If you already have a preferred installer who is part of our network, you can specify this during the process.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the installation?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. After every installation, we ask for your feedback. In case of any issues, our quality management team steps in – we coordinate any necessary rework and ensure that everything is resolved to your satisfaction.
How quickly can an installer get to me?
Usually 2–4 weeks after order confirmation. Exact availability depends on your region and current workload. You can track the status in your customer portal at any time.
I am an installer – how do I become a partner?
Register via our partner portal at voltera.ch/partner. You will need: NIV certification, experience with PV/storage, reference projects, and proof of insurance. We will review your documents and contact you within 5 business days.
What products do partners install?
Our partners exclusively install modular battery storage systems – sustainable second-life systems developed and produced in Switzerland. All partners are specifically trained on these products. More on this on our Technology Page.
How is the quality of installers ensured?
Through a four-stage process: 1) Strict onboarding process with certification and reference checks, 2) Product-specific modular training, 3) Customer reviews after each installation, 4) Regular quality audits. Partners who do not meet our standards will be removed from the network.
