Do I need a deposit?
No. Neither the BaaS model (pay monthly) nor the EaaS model (optimize electricity price) requires a down payment. You start with CHF 0 equity.
What happens after the BaaS runtime expires?
After 10 years (120 months), the battery storage system belongs to you – at no additional cost. The savings from self-consumption will then be entirely yours.
How is the monthly payment calculated?
The rate is based on the system price, a term of 120 months, and an interest rate of 3.9% p.a. Maintenance and monitoring (CHF 200/year) are already included. You will receive the exact rate in your personal offer.
What exactly does EaaS / PPA mean?
Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) or Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) means: Voltera installs and operates the battery storage system at your site. You pay a reduced electricity price of 22 Rp./kWh instead of the average of 30 Rp./kWh – and save from day one.
Can I change the model later?
With the BaaS model, you can take over the storage at any time at residual value. Contact us – we'll find the best solution for your situation.
Who takes care of maintenance and repairs?
With BaaS and EaaS, maintenance, monitoring, and repairs are included. For the purchase model, we offer optional maintenance contracts. In all cases, we monitor your system around the clock.
